At SpyCam Scan, operated by wea7friends, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information Collection and Use

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data or personally identifiable information (PII). All scanning and detection processes are performed locally on your device. However, the app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you (see Section 4 for details). We do not use any accounts or logins.

2. Permissions and Their Purpose

To provide its core functionality, SpyCam Scan requires the following permissions:

• Camera: Used for Visual Lens Detection and Infrared Detection to help you find hidden cameras.
• Microphone: Used for Sound Anomaly Detection to detect faint electronic noises from hidden devices.
• Location: Required by the Android and iOS operating systems to perform Wi-Fi and Bluetooth scans. We do not track your physical location.
• Bluetooth: Used to scan for suspicious Bluetooth-enabled spy devices in your vicinity.
• Local Network: Used to identify suspicious devices connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
• Photo Library/Gallery: Used only when you choose to save a photo of a suspicious location detected during a scan.
• Motion/Magnetometer: Used to detect magnetic fields emitted by GPS trackers and other electronic devices.

3. Data Storage

Any photos taken within the app are saved directly to your device's gallery only if you explicitly choose to save them. We do not have access to these photos, and they are not uploaded to any servers.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the app. Google AdMob may collect and use certain information, such as your device's advertising ID and usage data, to provide relevant advertisements.
