📜 Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) & Subscription Terms

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and wea7friends ("we", "us", or "our") concerning your access to and use of the VitalGuard macOS application.

By downloading, installing, or using VitalGuard, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the application.

2. License Grant & Restrictions

wea7friends grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and execute VitalGuard on macOS devices associated with your Apple ID account.

  • Permitted Use: You may use VitalGuard for lawful personal or commercial cybersecurity defense, malware scanning, disk cleanup, system diagnostics, and anti-theft monitoring.
  • Restrictions: You shall not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, decrypt, or create derivative works of VitalGuard, nor modify malware definition databases, bypass entitlement verification, or tamper with security integrity mechanisms.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases (Guideline 3.1.2)

VitalGuard provides core system and virus scanning tools for free, alongside optional advanced protection features ("VitalGuard Pro") via Apple StoreKit 2 and In-App Purchases:

  • Available Plans:
    • Monthly Plan: Auto-renewing subscription billed on a monthly basis.
    • Annual Plan: Auto-renewing subscription billed annually, including an introductory 7-Day Free Trial for eligible new subscribers.
    • Lifetime License: A one-time purchase granting perpetual Pro access without recurring subscription renewals.
  • 7-Day Free Trial Terms: For eligible annual subscriptions, the first 7 days are completely free. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period, your Apple ID account will automatically be charged the annual subscription fee.
  • Auto-Renewal Policy: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the active period.
  • Subscription Management & Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID Account Settings:
    macOS System Settings > Apple ID > Media & Purchases > Subscriptions, or directly at https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
  • Refunds: All financial transactions, billing, and refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple Inc. in accordance with Apple App Store policies (reportaproblem.apple.com).

4. Privacy & On-Device Security

Your privacy is strictly preserved. VitalGuard processes all malware scans, file inspection tasks, and disk diagnostic metrics entirely on your local machine. No file contents, personal documents, or scanning logs are ever transmitted to remote servers. For comprehensive details, please review our Privacy Policy.

5. Antivirus & System Care Disclaimer of Warranties

VitalGuard is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we utilize industry-standard YARA signature matching, heuristic analyzers, and official macOS system APIs, we do not warrant that all malware strains, zero-day vulnerabilities, or disk inconsistencies will be diagnosed without error.

User Consent & Transparent Remediation: VitalGuard will never delete files silently. Threats are placed in an encrypted local quarantine vault, and disk cleanups are routed to the macOS Trash (trashItem) with explicit user review and consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wea7friends shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the application.

본 이용약관("약관")은 wea7friends("당사")가 제공하는 macOS 올인원 보안 및 시스템 관리 애플리케이션 VitalGuard(바이탈가드)의 이용 조건에 관한 귀하와 당사 간의 법적 계약입니다.

VitalGuard를 다운로드, 설치 또는 사용하는 것은 본 약관 및 Apple의 표준 라이선스 계약(EULA)에 동의함을 의미합니다. 본 약관에 동의하지 않으시는 경우 앱을 설치하거나 사용하실 수 없습니다.

2. 라이선스 허가 및 사용 제한

당사는 귀하의 Apple ID와 연결된 Mac 기기에서 VitalGuard를 사용할 수 있는 비독점적이고 양도 불가능하며 취소 가능한 개인용 라이선스를 부여합니다.

  • 허용된 사용: 개인적 또는 업무적 목적의 합법적인 악성코드 검사, 실시간 감시, 디스크 정리, 시스템 진단 및 도난 방지 모니터링.
  • 금지 사항: 앱의 역컴파일, 리버스 엔지니어링, 소스코드 변조, 악성코드 진단 DB 훼손 또는 유료 라이선스 검증 우회 행위.

3. 인앱 결제 및 구독 조건 (App Store 가이드라인 3.1.2)

VitalGuard는 기본 스캔 및 진단 기능을 무료로 제공하며, Apple StoreKit 2 기반의 프리미엄 Pro 기능(VitalGuard Pro)을 인앱 결제로 제공합니다:

  • 제공 플랜:
    • 월간 구독 (Monthly Plan): 매월 자동 갱신되는 정기 결제 플랜.
    • 연간 구독 (Annual Plan): 신규 구독자를 위한 7일 무료 체험이 포함된 1년 단위 자동 갱신 플랜.
    • 평생 소장 라이선스 (Lifetime License): 추가 갱신 비용 없이 영구적으로 사용하는 1회성 결제.
  • 7일 무료 체험: 연간 구독 시 제공되는 7일 무료 체험 기간이 종료되기 최소 24시간 전에 취소하지 않으면 선택한 연간 요금이 Apple ID로 자동 청구됩니다.
  • 자동 갱신 규정: 자동 갱신형 구독은 현재 구독 기간 만료 24시간 전까지 해지하지 않으면 동일한 조건으로 자동 연장 청구됩니다.
  • 구독 관리 및 취소 방법: 귀하는 언제든지 Apple ID 계정 설정에서 구독을 직접 해지하거나 변경할 수 있습니다:
    macOS 시스템 설정 > Apple ID > 미디어 및 구입 > 구독 관리, 또는 https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions 접속.
  • 환불 정책: 모든 인앱 결제 및 환불은 Apple 공식 규정을 따르며, reportaproblem.apple.com을 통해 직접 접수하실 수 있습니다.

4. 개인정보 및 온디바이스 보안 원칙

VitalGuard는 철저한 온디바이스(On-Device) 보안 아키텍처로 작동합니다. 바이러스 검사, 파일 분석, 디스크 진단 데이터는 오직 귀하의 Mac 내부에서만 실시간으로 처리되며 외부 원격 서버로 일체 전송되지 않습니다. 상세 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 참조해 주십시오.

5. 보안 및 시스템 진단 보증의 부인

VitalGuard는 "있는 그대로(AS IS)" 제공됩니다. 최신 YARA 시그니처와 휴리스틱 분석을 적용하여 정확한 보안을 유지하고자 최선을 다하지만, 모든 신종 위협(Zero-Day)이나 파일 오류에 대한 100% 무결성을 보증하지는 않습니다.

투명한 사용자 선택권 보장: VitalGuard는 파일을 무단으로 영구 삭제하지 않습니다. 위협 파일은 암호화된 로컬 격리소로 안전하게 이동되며, 디스크 정리는 macOS 휴지통(trashItem) 이동을 기본으로 하여 사용자의 명시적 동의 하에 조치됩니다.

6. 책임의 제한

관련 법령이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, wea7friends는 앱의 사용 또는 사용 불능으로 인해 발생하는 간접적, 부수적, 징벌적 손해에 대해 법적 책임을 지지 않습니다.

1. 規約への同意

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、wea7friendsが提供するmacOS専用セキュリティ・システム管理アプリVitalGuardの利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロードまたは利用することにより、本規約およびAppleの標準EULAに同意したものとみなされます。

2. サブスクリプションおよびアプリ内課金（Guideline 3.1.2）

VitalGuard Proは、Apple StoreKit 2を通じて提供されます：

  • 提供プラン： 月額プラン、年額プラン（7日間の無料体験を含む）、永久ライセンス（買い切り）。
  • 7日間の無料体験： 無料体験期間が終了する24時間前までにキャンセルしない限り、年額料金が自動的に請求されます。
  • 自動更新： 期間終了の24時間前までにキャンセルされない限り、自動的に更新されます。
  • 解約・管理方法： macOSの「システム設定 > Apple ID > メディアと購入 > サブスクリプション」または https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions からいつでも管理・解約が可能です。

本アプリは「現状有姿（AS IS）」で提供されます。脅威の検出およびファイル整理において最大限の安全性を確保しますが、すべての未知の脅威に対する完全な無謬性を保証するものではありません。

1. Zustimmung zu den Bedingungen

Diese Nutzungsbedingungen stellen eine verbindliche Vereinbarung zwischen Ihnen und wea7friends bezüglich der Nutzung von VitalGuard dar.

2. Abonnements & In-App-Käufe (Richtlinie 3.1.2)

  • Pläne: Monatsplan, Jahresplan (inkl. 7 Tage kostenloser Testphase), Dauerlizenz (Einmalkauf).
  • 7-tägige kostenlose Testphase: Wenn nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ablauf gekündigt wird, verlängert sich das Abonnement automatisch kostenpflichtig.
  • Abonnement kündigen / verwalten: Jederzeit kündbar über macOS Systemeinstellungen > Apple-ID > Medien & Einkäufe > Abonnements oder unter https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

  • 7天免费试用： 试用期结束前至少 24 小时未取消，将自动转为正式年度订阅。
  • 取消与管理订阅： 您可随时前往 macOS 系统设置 > Apple ID > 媒体与购买项目 > 订阅 或访问 https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions 进行管理或取消。
